Horizontal Carousel System for Mail Operations

The United Nations (UN) is seeking to enter into contractual arrangements with qualified company able to provide Carousel System to be used by the UN Mail Operations Unit (MOU) in United Nations Headquarters to sort and store mail, packages, valises, and other relevant items (no larger than 20”L x 17”W x 10”H) pending their deliveries to UN offices and peace-keeping missions around the world. Please see Annex A for specifications of the Carousel System. Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
