New amendment added #1: * Add the criteria"Bidders confirm through the questionnaire portal that should they win the award, an irrevocable and unconditional, on-demand bank guarantee for performance for 5% of the PO cost and in the form provided or otherwise acceptable to UNOPS. The bank guarantee must be provided by the supplier to UNOPS prior to the execution of the contract. PO." to the qualification stage* add the document "performance security template" to the list of documents.* All other terms and conditions remain the same
