New clarification added: Dear suppliers,Please find the below received request/s for clarification with response/s:Question: Hello, for the network switches; do you require SFP+ modules? If yes, are they single or multi mode?Response:Yes, he requested is Switch with 4 x 10 G SFP+ which specified in item 17-5. These ports are preferred to be multimode.Question: Does ArcGIS server advanced license must be perpetual or term license?Response: It must be a term license that includes maintenance and updates.Question: You have mentioned portal in ArcGIS server license ..do you need ArcGIS portal ?Response: The ArcGIS server software license must include portal license. That means it allows the IPs to share maps, scenes, apps, and other geographic information with other people in the IPs.Question: You have mentioned enterprise in ArcGIS server license ..do you intend to get ArcGIS enterprise software?Response: The required ArcGIS server software in this tender must be enterprise version. As such suppliers must supply this software as part of their offer to this RFQ.Question: You have mentioned 5 years license .. do you expect a term license that will be finished after 5 years?Response: Yes, at least the software license is for five years.Question: For item 1.8 which requires a reports interface, this is available on ArcGIS Insights, shall we add it as an add on to the GIS server?Response: Yes, add ArcGIS insight to the ArcGIS server  to fulfill the reports interface required,Question: For item 2 (GIS Desktop), it will retire in 2026, is it ok to provide its replacement (ArcGIS PRO) Which includes the same provided features as the Desktop?Response: Yes, you can provide ArcGIS PRO as long as it includes all the same provided features.Question:For item 2 (GIS Desktop), the advanced version has single use , concurrent use or Named user license. Which one do you prefer?Response :Concurrent use is preferable.Question:  For item 10.8, can the display be (2560 x 1440) or must be at least 3K? The same for the Display, can it be 15.6 or 17 or must be exactly 16.0-in?Response: The specifications are the minimum requirement, The offered specifications should be the same as possible or above.Question:  For item 18.2, i found the identical specs under Cisco "9100" series which can only managed via Controller or Meraki cloud in which these have  other requirements to be added, OR you are only looking for a standalone Access point with 5 radios?Response:  Either (CISCO 9100 series with controller or any standard access point that support all specifications mentioned in item 18.2.) are accepted.Best regards,
