RFP-2022-181 Internal Communications consultant

Description :The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out task internal communications particularly as relates to change.

UNAIDS is seeking an internal communications consultant to support the Change Management process, the broader internal communications agenda from February 2023 to September 2023.
1Key requirements

1. Supporting the development and execution of the internal communications strategy on Change management (2022- 2023) in conjunction with the UNAIDS Change Management team and change process team leads. Including:
• Knowledge management roll-out
• Matrix Management launch and roll-out
• Teams Learning Journeys
• GDEIA Framework
• Ongoing change communications
2. Working with team leads to development and implement the communications plans for special initiatives:
• Global staff survey special debriefs and accountability
• Decolonizing the HIV response dialogue and action series
• Mental health and wellbeing framework
• Human rights awards

3. Develop content and products to support the broader internal communications agenda for 2023

4. Develop systems and products to capture and share staff work and results in countries and regions.

5. Provide maternity cover for Internal Communications Officer, produce the weekly UNAIDS newsletter, support staff events, and manage the home page of the intranet including publishing stories, senior leadership communications and announcements on the intranet
