New clarification added: Question 6: Are you 100% sure this serial number is correct? I ran this serial number and it does not come up in the Allison search. I sent it to my Allison rep as well and they said the same thing it would not work and to check the serial to make sure it is correct. Screen shot below.Please note as additional iinformation for the Allison 2500SP: Alternate part Number: 6330010129.Answer 6: Please note the following number as alternate part number for the Allison 2500SP : 6330016129

New clarification added: Question 4: - Regarding the (2500SP) unit we need to know the 10 digit serial number off the tag?- We need the 10 digit serial number off the tag on the unit. Just like the number that was provided for the 3200SP? - This information does not help me figure out the Allison Transmission unfortunately. I cannot use the VIN. Example: 6520173540 you provided a serial number for this 3200SP. I need that same number for the 2500SP to quote it ?Answer 4:Please note as additional iinformation for the Allison 2500SP: Alternate part Number: 6330010129.----------Question 5:Will you Accept Reconditioned Transmission units by Allisson Certified Regional MRO?Answer 5:We will only accept a new transmission- reconditioned will not be accepted.Best regards.

New amendment added #1: The purpose of this amendment is to:Extend the tender deadline until 20 October 2022 at 2 pm Bamako TimeExtend the delivery time (see in red in Section II_Schedule of requirements V2 and Section III_Returnable bidding forms V2 in the tender documents)Best regards.

New clarification added: Question 3:We are requesting for tender deadline extension at this point. Once the OEM confirms the leadtime, we will request for additional delivery time basis CPT Bamako Mali.Answer 3:Please note that an amendment will soon be posted to extend the tender deadline as well as the delivery time.Best regards.

New clarification added: Question 2: We are asking for the deadline to be extended as the Allison units are subject to export control due to their military applications. The extension is due to the time required for the OEM to receive pre-export approval from the DoD.Answer 2:Please clarify if you are refering to the tender deadline or the Goods Delivery time ?Best regards.

New clarification added: Question 1:We will like further details on the Make & Model of Vehicle the Allison units will be fitted on.Answer 1:2500sp will be fitted on an OTT M36 Puma Mk5- one of the VIN# you can use as an example is AA90212CAHMVP15953200sp will be fitted on a Casspir 2000B mobile recovery vehicle- one of the VIN# you can use as an example is LBZF46FA2FA006382Best regards.
