EN FRANÇAIS L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expréssions d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer pour des missions d'assistance et conseils techniques en ingénierie (feu / environnement / suivi chantier / acoustique / mobilité et accéssibilité) au Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse). Ces prestations seront liées à la rénovation des bâtiments et structures au sein du Palais des Nations. Les mandats de conseil s’articulent autour des deux (2) lots suivants en accord avec la règlementation en vigueur en Suisse : Lot 1: Prestations d’ingénieur Sécurité incendie selon AEAI Prestations ingénieur de l’environnement (polluants du bâtiment et terrain) Prestations ingénieur suivi chantier : sécurité, gestion déchets et eaux Lot 2: Prestations acoustiques Prestations transport, mobilité et accessibilité Le but est d'établir plusieurs contrat-cadres d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une prolongation de deux (2) périodes supplémentaires et consécutives d’une (1) année maximum chacune (3+1+1), sous réserve de l'éxécution satisfaisante des prestations effectuées et de la disponibilité des budgets de l'ONUG. Veuillez noter que cette demande d'expression d'intérêt (EOI) ne constitue pas un appel d'offres. Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à l'appel d'offres. Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch for technical assistance and advisory services in engineering (fire / environment / site monitoring / acoustics / mobility and accessibility) at the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). These services will be linked to the renovation of buildings and structures within the Palais des Nations. The mandates of these engineering consultancy services will cover the following areas in respect of the Swiss regulation: Lot 1: Fire safety engineering services (as per AEAI) Environmental engineer services (building and ground pollutants) Site monitoring engineer services : safety, waste and water management Lot 2: Prestations acoustiques Prestations transport, mobilité et accessibilité Lot 1: Fire safety and environment Lot 2: Acoustics, mobility and accessibility The aim is to establish multiple contracts for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1) year maximum each (3+1+1) , subject to the satisfactory performance of the services provided and the availability of UNOG budgets.
