Tender description: This RFQ refers to the Procurement of delivery and installation of various equipment for Child friendly Interview rooms.

New clarification added: Q: Are vendors allowed to propose a cloud based solution?A: No, because of security concerns, cloud based solutions are not accepted.

New clarification added: Q: If the solution requires a POE switch, Would the UN want the solution provider to offer one or leave it to the UN to procure?A : All needed accessories and equipment necessary for full and uninterrupted operation of the solution shall be delivered by supplierQ: Will the UN want the solution provider to run cable and wiring for ethernet or will you run it yourselves?A: Supplier must provide cable and wiring for ethernet. Q: Can the UNprovide details on the rooms and their construction since it may impact installation e.g. Are the walls drywall, cinderblock, concrete or Are the ceilings tile, security tile, Concrete? A: This information is classified. All suppliers are advised to estimate for the most costly option in their submission. Q: For the Child Friendly rooms, it is more typical for cameras to be covert rather than overt PTZ dome cameras, would they like the solution provider to offer covert cameras as well? A: No, cameras must be Overt. Q: If the solution comes with a touch panel to start and stop recordings, where would the UN want it situated? On the wall outside the interview room, on a tabletop, in an observation room?A: In an observation Room. Q : Would the UN like a solution that can be remotely viewed live by users that have been given a specific password?A: No.

New clarification added: Q: To allow all vendors time to modify our response and pricing based on the UN's answers, would the UN provide an extenstion of 10 calendar days from the time answers are released?A: Taking into account the relatively simple complexity of the procurement, RFQ will not be extended by 10 days.

New clarification added: Q: Many of the requirements in the Technical Specification table are for technology that is dated. Should a vendor have a more modern system that does not meet all specification, can we check "No" and provide information on our advance and modern system? A: While a supplier is welcome to provide offers for a more modern system, it must meet all minimum specifications provided in the RFQ.

New clarification added: Q: Is this RFQ for 1 interview room at 3 different locations? Are these fixed sites?A: RFQ for 1 interview room at 3 different locations ( Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi) In total three interview Rooms. The sites are fixed.

New clarification added: Can the UN clarify what they mean by "Auto Flip" as this is not an industry term?Auto Flip is a feature in PTZ cameras which have a 180° tilt. What Auto Flip does is it detect the position of the camera and automatically flips the image to the correct orientation so that it will always appear the right-side-up.

New clarification added: Dear Interested Suppliers, Please note that in Section II: Schedule of Requirements, under requested TPZ Camera specifications, - Tilt - the requirement is from -20° to 90°.We would like to clarify, that the requested requirement represents range and is not a fixed requirement. While 90° is a fixed , anything from -20 to 0 can be acceptable .For example, a camera with ability to tilt -2° to 90° is acceptable, Camera with ability to tilt -10° to 90° is acceptable, camera with ability to tilt 0°-90° is also acceptable.
