SECTION 1: Request for Quotation (RFQ)

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Assembly of Small Gas Powered Baking Ovens with Baking Equipment and Baking  Selling Apparatus (Pushcarts)  as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

To acknowledge receipt of the present RFQ, you may utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering

system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFQ.

Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this RFQ.

Your submission must be received on the stipulated date and time in the etender event.

Deadline for the Submission of Quotation 25 September 2021, 4.30 pm (Djibouti time) (Please refer to E-Tender indicating EST/ EDT Time is same aligning with deadline)

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Submission that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall  not be considered for evaluation.
