New clarification added: Question 9:we need a picture of the trailer container for reference?Answer: We have no picture for the container, but you can visit and inspect the available trailers at the Cleaning Fund trucks yard. It is open roof container type and specification details in the RFQ.Question 10:we want to know the unloading method, it is open roof or not?Answer: Yes, it is an open roof.Question 11:The trailer container is which type of truck,is it hook loader garbage truck?Answer: Tipper container for transporting municipal waste.Best Regards,

New clarification added: Dears in UNOPS,As Erglobal Group we have noticed by our subcontractor following information:''Because of the war in Yemen we have been canceled the contract with our Distributor which is located in Yemen."According to this information we do not have any Distrubutor or After sales service which is located in Yemen. What can we do at this point: We are still available to provide a warranty but we are only be able to ship the requested and needed spare parts to Yemen. Is that solution can be accaptable for UNOPS?Answer:Please adhere to the terms and conditions of the tender.

New clarification added: Because of the war in Yemen, there is no shipping company can ship the vehicles. We would like to know if UN can arrange shipment from manufacturing country and accept FOB terms? Thank you!Answer:You can ship to the neighboring country ports then by road you can enter to Yemen, kindly check with the shipping agencies at your area.

New clarification added: Question 7: We have got question regarding the tender suppliers origin. Can we submit our bid from Turkey and Supply all requested products from Turkey to Yemen? If we are able to submit bid, Do we have to pay for taxes on the custom while we import them to Yemen?Answer: You can supply from any country, and the goods supplied to the UN are custom free ( if you won the tender you need to contact the logistic office at UNOPS later on).Question 8: Please specify the date of site visit and send us the number of the responsible person to contact himso that we attend and Participation in the tenderAnswer: If you need to visit the delivery sites ( not compulsory), then they are the CFs ( The Cleaning Funds). To avoid misunderstanding and mistakes, please give more details about what kind of waste. Or, could you provide similar waste trucks you are looking for?
