Support the government to develop SOPs for the assessors on 5 Good 1 Satisfaction policy and DokChamp accreditation using the agreed standard
BACKGROUND
WHO has supported the Ministry of Health (MOH) in developing health facility standard on quality of health care under 5 Good 1 Satisfaction Policy for DokChampa accreditation. Based on requests from MoH, WHO will further support to develop SOPs for the assessors on 5 Good 1 Satisfaction policy and DokChamp accreditation using the agreed standard. The SOPs should guide teams to organize themselves and conduct assessments in respective health facilities.
PURPOSE/SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITY
Support the government to develop SOPs for the assessors on 5 Good 1 Satisfaction policy and DokChamp accreditation using the agreed standard.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT
- • Meetings with the supervisor and the team in WHO country office
- • Meetings with MOH stakeholders and relevant partners
- • Developing documents in consultation with stakeholder

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION
Essential:
- University postgraduate master’s degree in public health or health care management
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- At least 7 years of work experience in public health / development, with a special focus on health system quality
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- • Strong strategic thinking in written skills and presentations
- • Analytic skills
LANGUAGES
Fluency in English is essential
COMPETENCIES

Duration of contract: 13 days of working starting 1 May 2021
