Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Procurement of technical equipment for the state demining units for conducting humanitarian demining tasks on the government control areas in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts.

Lot 1: Landmine and ERW detecting equipment for surface search with a certain type of brand and model

Lot 2: Underwater metal detectors with a certain type of brand and model

Lot 3: Equipment to support underwater demining tasks

Lot 4: Equipment to support underwater emergency response demining tasks

Lot 5: Vehicle

This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Deadline for submission of bids is as indicated and updated in the e-tendering system. Bids must be submitted before deadline. System will not accept any late bids. Bids will be opened as per the instructions in the BDS.
This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract.  Your bid could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNDP.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit an offer by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button in the eTendering system. Such step will enable you to receive corresponding notifications as bidder. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the provided Bid Data Sheet. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.

If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using:

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide.
In case you forgot your password, please do not create a new profile but rather use “forgotten password” function.
Please note:
1. It is strongly recommended to create your username with two parts, your first name and last name separated by “.”, similar to the one shown above.
2. Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. You can participate in the bid event only if you have registered in the system.
How to find the event and tender documentation:
Once registered, bidders have to insert under the field "Event ID" the following: "UKR10”  in the first box, and "ITB759" in the second box and click the Search button.
