UNRWA invites vendors to quote for RFQ/CT/05/2020: Renovation Works for the Canteen at UNRWA- HQ (A)

Tender documentation will be available to you after you click on the `express interest` button in UNGM.

Vendors will be required to submit their quotations electronically through In-Tend (upload all supporting documentation within the deadline specified)

Bid bond to be uploaded as a scanned copy with your return and the originals to be submitted by hand to the below address:

Quotations will not be able to be submitted after the stipulated date and time so please allow enough time to submit your return.

Any questions related to the attached documents shall be addressed through e-mail to cssd@unrwa.org and/or the correspondence tab on the website.
Answers to questions will be made available to all vendors through a clarification.

Kindly note that due to the nature of the scope of work and in light of the importance of the planned contract(s), UNRWA wishes to ensure that all aspects of the tender documentation are understood and that the proposals are submitted in accordance with the stated requirements by the due date. Therefore; a mandatory site visit will take place on Tuesday 10 March 2020 at 10:00 AM – At UNRWA HQA. The purpose of this site visit is explain this important requirement and to answer questions that the prospective bidders may have.
Participation in the Site Visit is mandatory and a pre-requisite for submitting a quotation, i.e. offers/quotations will not be accepted from Vendors who did not attend the site Visit.
