Full Day Conference Facilities for 150 participants for 1 day – (17 March 2020)
Conference package to include:
• Venue hire (Conference room must safely and comfortably accommodate 150 people);
• Conference set up (with cordials and mints);
• LCD projector;
• Projector screen;
• PA system;
• Morning teas with assorted sandwiches at 10 a.m.;
• Lunch plus one soft drink/juice;
• Afternoon teas with assorted biscuits at 3 p.m.;
• Bottled water (two per person);
• Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers);
• Wi-Fi connectivity.
