For which brand and model -OEM you are evaluatingAnswer:According to the Notes section at the beginning of Technical Specifications “To allow a fair and unbiased decision regarding a successful vendor, Purchaser in this ToR document describes no specific hardware platform or software tools.” 2. What is the OEM selection criteria/OEM pre-requisites?Answer:According to the Notes section at the beginning of Technical Specifications “To allow a fair and unbiased decision regarding a successful vendor, Purchaser in this ToR document describes no specific hardware platform or software tools.” 3. How many users they want to authorize to schedule the call?Answer:According to GR1, video conferencing and collaboration software should enable up to 8 simultaneous video conferencing sessions.4. Maximum Number of participants in a call?Answer:Maximum number of Participants is not specified in Technical Documentation. It is left to the bidders to decide on it. Typical number of envisaged VC end points (e.g. VTC rooms, cloud based mobile or PC based users in VTC sessions will be 2 to 10 participants. Please note that FR2 specify possibility to invite “guests” to Virtual conferencing rooms, while FR8 refers to possibility to organize webinars via cloud based VTC platform. The maximum number of webinar participants is not specified, but it can be measured in hundreds.5. Number of Parallel-simultaneous calls?Answer:According to GR1, video conferencing and collaboration software should enable up to 8 users to schedule video conferencing sessions.6. Specify the features for the cloud solutionsAnswer:Features of cloud solutions are described in FR1 to FR11.7. How many conference rooms are there?Answer:According to the GR2, there is one VC room (as hardware component, that is a subject of the purchase.8. Dimension and seating capacity of Conference rooms. Answer:The VTC room should be considered as middle size room. Seating capacity of the VC room is up to 20 people, with the approximative dimensions not larger than 15 to 9 meters (height 3 meters).
