Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as External Collaborators. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the guidance of the National Programme Officer (BWB), the consultant will deliver in-person and virtual technical skills training under the GEAR program in RMG factories to promote women’s career progression and leadership, including TOT. Responsibilities include forming advisory committees, and engaging managers, mentors, and workers. The consultant will conduct classroom and factory-based training for trainees, support onboarding, mentorship, and team-building activities, and maintain communication with factories and BWB. Tasks also involve monitoring trainee performance, collecting data for M&E, developing business cases, preparing reports, and contextualizing training materials and session plans.
