Provision Of Bulk Fuel Storage Services in Mogadishu, Somalia

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) aims to engage the services of a suitably qualified vendor(s) to provide Bulk Fuel Storage in Mogadishu, Somalia and to ensure works and services are performed as per applicable international standards, the United Nations Human Rights Due Diligence Policy, the United Nations Protocol on Allegations of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse involving Implementing Partners and the United Nations’ duty of care. UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors with experience in the field and fully licensed with the government in their respective countries for the provision of bulk fuel storage services in Mogadishu, Somalia. The Location for specified services are in Somalia within operational hubs of AUSSOM or inn the vicinity as my be appropriately identified/instructed by UNSOS. UNSOS may request the Contractor to relocate, reduce, increase the area of the service, as well as open additional locations within UNSOS premises. The list of operational locations is as below : 1. Mogadishu sea port - shore tank capacity, 2. Mogadishu AAIA UNSOS plan to enter into one (01) year period contract with UNSOS sole option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, starting from November 2025. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in end of July 2025.
