The International Labour Organization (ILO) is the tripartite UN agency that brings together overnments, employers and workers of its member states in common action to promote decent work throughout the world. ILO for Indonesia and Timor-Leste based in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks to identify and prequalify a "pool" of qualified suppliers to provide emulsion bitumen and bitumen sprayer as detailed in enclosed IEOI Document.
